Job Description:
We are seeking PCB Assemblers with experience in through-hole and/or Surface Mount Device (SMD) technology to join our dynamic team. As a PCB Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the precise assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for our state-of-the-art power supply units.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble through-hole and surface mount components onto PCBs following engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Utilize a variety of soldering techniques, including through-hole and surface mount soldering, to assemble PCBs and other electronic assemblies.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure components are soldered correctly and meet specifications.
• Ensure all assemblies meet J-STD-001 workmanship standards and, where applicable, conform to IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in PCB assembly.
• Proficiency in soldering through-hole and/or surface mount components.
• Familiarity with or certification to J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 standards is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision in a fast-paced environment.
